Singer-songwriter Yuko Shibuya's last AOR album in 1980 was reissued in analog form for the first time With the popularity of AOR and the boom in Japanese music, this hidden AOR album is finally reissued in Japan and is slowly gaining a second look. The disco grooves of "Rondo on the Devil's Street" spun by Tsugiri Goto and Tsuyoshi Kon, and the city soul song "Picture Book of the City" linked with Japanese BOOGIE are great songs that should be heard in this age of city pop. It was cleverly arranged by an up-and-coming arranger at the time, Kazumi Seo. The artwork, which features an impressive Japanese sword in a black set-up suit, is also somewhat exotic, making it a mellow AOR work.
