Bradley Zero's Rhythm Section International becomes the latest label to look towards British Columbia and the growing ranks of killer producers dotted around Vancouver as Local Artist resurfaces with a fine 3 track 12". Responsible for one of the earliest releases on Tony Napoli's Proibito label, Local Artist is closely associated with Mood Hut (do some digging and you'll discover past musical endeavours with Pender Street Steppers).
