Produced by Roy Ayers and sampled by A.T.C.Q., this is a great mellow groove! A.T.C.Q. sampled it. "Turned..." which was included in the Roy Ayers sound explosion of '80 ladies boogie/disco/mellow groove masterpiece that once attracted attention as free soul, is now back on 12"! Eighties Ladies, a female vocal group consisting of five members including Sylvia Striplin, appeared on their only album of '80 and was cut as a single in 1981. The title track, "Turned On To You", which was also sampled on A.T.C.Q.'s "Butter (Remix)", was reissued on 12" vinyl.
