The debut release from Sweden’s Rimbaudian is a real ode to house music’s roots. The aggressively titled ‘Let Me Beat U’ and its not so much aggressive as grooving bassline is wonderful. The Jackin’ ‘Holy Flesh’ features some fantastically original sounding melodic parts, while ‘Hold Up, Hold On’ bumbles along leisurely with tsssh of the symbols whilst the bounce of the toms are countered by the beautiful chords.
